I am a designer, illustrator, sculptor & painter. I am also well versed in prop & costume fabrication, as well as set design, construction and scenic painting. I have a great deal of experience in both traditional and digital arts. I have worked in the film & video industry as an art director and animator for over 13 years, as well as in the theme park and haunted attraction industries. I also ran my own studio for nearly a decade. I have designed & produced items for companies including Universal Studios Orlando & Singapore,
Sony Pictures, Ghoulish Productions, and Distortions Unlimited.
As a Figure Finish Animation Artist, I work with animatronic figures (both hydraulic and pneumatic) maintaining their skins & paint finishes, as well as their costumes and any hair, fur or feathers they have. I also maintain fiberglass figures and set pieces, as well as do scenic and theming work. I am also the main mold making tech and sculptor. I have also overseen and supervised several rehab and modification projects on animated figures throughout the parks.
I founded Creature Revenge Studios in 2011. I was lead art director and studio manager, as well as the studio’s graphic designer, head sculptor and lead painter. My studio produced masks and products for companies including Sony Pictures, Ghoulish Productions, Morris Costumes, Party City, and Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights, both in Singapore and Orlando.
I worked as a freelance product designer and sculptor for Distortions Unlimited where I designed several products for them including pieces for their Monster of the Month line. I also sculpted, molded and produced master copies of these products.
Designed and sculpted for the line of Men In Black products they produced for Sony Pictures.
I have worked as an art director and lead animator for Venture Media on both a full time and a freelance basis. I was also an Avid and Premier film & video editor for them. I worked on a wide variety of projects for various clients including the US Army, the US Navy and Discovery Networks. While here, I won a Telly Award for my work on a project for the US Navy.
